If you have a c-clamp to compress the caliper is an easy job. c- clamp costs less then 5 bucks at most stores. remove the caliper. rempove old pads, apply small amount of moly grease on sliders pad sits on and use c-clamp to compress caliper piston then reinstall. You do not have to bleed the brakes do to you willnot be opening the system to air. make sure before compressing the caliper you remove the cap off of the master cylinder tank. Spray evrything down with brake parts cleaner both during install and after complete to remove any grease or dirt you may have gotten on the rotors. If you need to turn the rotors due to scarring or vibration you are having before changing brake. Then remove them once the caliper is off by removing caliper bracket and taking them to a automotive parts store that will tunr them. costs to turn them is usually $10 each.
