How do i remove the rear brake pads from the caliper on my 2003 dodge 1500 truck?

How do i remove the disc brake pads from the calipers on the rear axle of my 2003 dodge 1500 truck?

Should be held on by clips. Remove clips, squeeze brake cups open, replace pads, replace clips. Put caliper back on discs. Replace bolts, put wheel back on. Be sure to check brake fluid.
